Take a Break

 
 

When you are tired, learn to rest and take a break rather than to stop. When you feel overwhelmed, acknowledge your feelings and give yourself permission to pause and recharge. Then resume. Life is a marathon not a sprint. Learning to balance your stress level with mental and physical breaks will help challenges to be more manageable. In this regard, it is amazing what a 20 minute “cat nap” can do to restoring clarity.
