Your provider or support staff member will reach out to you directly to explain Telehealth and how it works via Zoom (additional information may be found at www.zoom.us). We will give you detailed use directions.
Your provider will help to troubleshoot any issues using Zoom as well as help you to get set up initially. Just let us know if there is an issue. We will help to fix it.
The Zoom platform is free of charge to clients, HIPAA secure and accessible from phones or computers (traditional session fees apply).
Your provider will give you additional information about how Telehealth sessions may be a bit different than traditional sessions. To participate in Telehealth, a different consent form is required; your provider will assist you in accessing it. Clients may be asked to call their insurance company will questions about Telehealth coverage or other policy details regarding COVID-19.
