Your brain is the most influential organ in your body. It can be be your best friend or worst enemy depending on the messages it gives you throughout the day. Even when it does not feel like it; you can alter your thoughts and skew them toward the positive . Challenge any surfacing negative thoughts with evidence to the contrary as many irrational thoughts are not based in truth. Learn to talk nicely to yourself using your internal voice.
